If you are needing to work out lodging for the event please call or email our office. We need host church information as well as churches who needing to be hosted. If you are choosing to stay in the recommended hotel (information is on the original mail out) you just need to give them a call and book your rooms. We have put a hold on the rooms to reserve the price quoted to you under the Youth Evangelism Conference Event but your church will need to make those arrangements directly with the hotel. The hotel is asking for your reservation at least one month before the event and your payment one week before arrival. If you need to work out other arrangements please contact them directly.
